Questions shops ask
Does it replace our accounting system?
No. Amos runs the shop; your accountant keeps Xero. The two talk to each other, so an invoice raised here doesn't get typed again there.
Can we start with part of it?
Yes. Quoting and job cards are the core. Scheduling, purchasing and the Xero connection are modules you switch on when you're ready for them.
Can the operators use it?
The floor screen is kept simple: log progress and see the current drawing. Quoting and planning stay with the people who do that work. Everyone sees only what their role needs.
